Hey Folks it’s been a while since I’ve updated my blog! I’m going to make much more of an effort to keep this updated to appease the Google ranking gods.

One of my most recent projects was a Photoshoot for Fat Sam’s Bar & Grill.

They had been, like most of the hospitality directly affected by the pandemic and as a result, wanted to establish maximum social media impact before opening up. This was when they were already booked up for three months and that’s before the shoot!

So after going back and forth with Sam the owner we finally set a date to shoot on and it was go time.

The shoot day was fantastic and the whole team was super excited to see the images of their food appear on the screen. This is one of my favorite parts of the shoot where they see the first proper images come through after my test shots.

The whole team and the chefs especially were blown away at how their foods looks, One of the Chefs actually said he needed to go back to the kitchen as he was feeling emotional!

What’s great now is seeing these images live and watching people comment and engage on social media. These guys were already getting lots of attention from mobile phone images so it was great to watch their customers tagging people and making plans in the comments under their now professional images!

I love shooting food and especially burgers! But I love it, even more, seeing my clients get more bookings and customers can now really see the quality of the food!

Best regards

Jordan Magill.
